By accessing or using JobMatch ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
JobMatch is an AI-powered job matching and developer portfolio platform. We aggregate job listings from third-party sources, allow users to create professional profiles, and use AI to match candidates with relevant opportunities. We also provide tools for recruiters to find candidates.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, projects, profile information). By uploading content, you grant JobMatch a non-exclusive license to display, process, and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services (including AI matching). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources (Adzuna, Remotive, Arbeitnow, and others). JobMatch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. We are not responsible for the hiring practices of any employer listed on the Platform.
Our AI matching system uses machine learning to rank jobs and candidates by relevance. Match scores are algorithmic suggestions, not guarantees of fit. Users should exercise their own judgment when applying to jobs or evaluating candidates.
You may not: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; upload false or misleading information; scrape or crawl the Platform without permission; impersonate others; or interfere with the Platform's operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
JobMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities, data loss, or inaccurate job information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
